I cannot believe my good fortune in having JFM recommended to me by a very highly regarded West Palm Beach shop that had serviced my cars in the past, as they believed the techs at JPM had better skills to repair a transmission issue with my Porsche 928 than they possessed. When I arrived at JFM I knew I had come to the right place. A classic Porsche was sitting in the driveway along with several Ferraris, Bentleys, Jaguars and even a Ford GT40 replica. JFM diagnosed the issue, ordered replacement parts (including one that could only be obtained from Germany) and performed the repairs not only in a timely fashion, but for a price that was not only way more than reasonable but far below what I had anticipated. I brought the car back a few days later to see if they could solve a troubling AC issue. Once again it was correctly diagnosed and repaired (this time the same day) at a more than reasonable cost. The owner, Enrique is not only a knowledgeable master tech, but an absolute pleasure to deal with as is Abigail, JFM's customer service manager. From now on when I have my other cars (a Ferrari and Aston Martin) here with me in Palm Beach (I only live in Florida half the year) those cars will now be serviced at JFM. They have my highest recommendation.

I needed a right rear axle on my Outback. the dealership was overpriced. JFM did the job. the Mechanic was great. It didn't take long to repair it and it drives awesome now. Everyone at JFM were very friendly and professional while I sat there and waited. Made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The whole experience was very welcoming. Thank you JFM.

Without a doubt the absolute best Automobile repair service I've ever had the pleasure of taking my truck to. I received a quote for my repairs, after that I took my car to JFM and they were A Lot less than my first quote! Everyone there is extremely friendly and I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else!

Amazing customer service. Great technicians , very personable employees. I had a need for a quick turnaround on my vehicle and they were able to accommodate me. These guys rock.

We had a small oil leak in our 2013 diesel Porsche Cayenne. JFM took the time to explain this over the phone and drive our car to the Porsche dealer. We found out that it was still warrantied and Porsche repaired it for free. JFM’s Customer service is outstanding and I highly recommend using them for servicing your car.

This past week, I had a couple of concerns about my 2003 BMW. The owner not only offered to check out the car at no charge but offered a tow as I was afraid to drive it. He even had one of his mechanics drive the car for 25 miles to see if any off sounds could be heard. If that isn't giving enough, he spent time with me on the phone answering all my questions.
