RECOMMEND CUSTOMER RETURN TO FERRARI AND SPEAK WITH SERVICE MANAGER REGARDING COOLING SYSTEM LEVEL, AS FOUND DURING INSPECTION AS WELL AS OILY LIKE SUBSTANCE FOUND IN COOLANT AS WELL.

- VEHICLE HAS VOLTAGE RELATED CODES. INSPECTED AND FOUND BATTERY FROM 4/21 INSTALLED. 30 MONTH BATTERY. DURING INSPECTION, VEHICLE REQUIRED JUMP START. RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY. REMOVE AND REPLACE BATTERY AND RETEST OPERATION. OPERATING AS DESIGNED.
- FOUND DTC RELATED OT POSITION SENSOR. NOTED VEHICLE VOLTAGE LOW. STARTED VEHICLE AND OPERATED REVERSE. REVERSE BUTTON REQUIRES MOMENTARY HOLD TO ALLOW TO SHIFT TO REVERSE, THIS IS NORMAL. TEST DRIVE VEHICLE. NOTED THAT ON TEST DRIVE, VEHICLE RPM'S WERE COMING IN HIGH BEFORE SHIFTING. ADDITIONALLY NOTED THAT DURING TEST DRIVE, VEHICLE ENGINE TEMPERATURE WAS JUST AT THE BEGINNING OF THE HOT/RED MARK. RETURNED TO SHOP. RELEASED PRESSURE ON COOLING SYSTEM AND INSPECTED. NOTED THAT COOLANT WAS ABNORMALLY LOW. ADDED 1.75 GALLONS OF COOLANT/WATER MIX AND TESTED OPERATION OF VEHICLE. OPERATES AS DESIGNED.
