AMAZING SERVICE! QUICK! EFFICIENT! FAIR PRICING! I had my CV axle replaced. I communicated with Matt (the mechanic) several days leading up to the repair. He was fair, honest and communicable the entire time. Said the repair would take about an hour, instead, only took less than 30 minutes! Front office worker is kind and professional as well. I’d definitely recommend this shop to everyone!

I was having issues with my Cadillac SUV for over a week. I took it to 2 different mechanics, including Cadillac who had it for 5 days. No one could find any problems. I took it to JFM Motors and within 24 hrs, they were able to find and fix the problem! The customer service was also top notch. Highly recommend.

Matt handled any issues regarding questions I had about the work needed for my Jaguar in an extremely timely manner! They got me an appointment and did excellent work in one day! I recently had my Alfa Romeo repaired and serviced at JFM Motorcars. After visiting the Alfa dealership and several other shops in the area claiming to be experts at working on foreign vehicles, it was clear at least from my “backyard” mechanical knowledge, they neither had the expertise nor delivered the customer service I required. They seemed more focused on collecting steep diagnostic fees without ever giving me confidence they were going to identify the root cause of my cars issues. My wife found JFM online, and after reading the reviews, I decided to visit the shop. I have to admit when I drove up and noticed the Rolls Royce Phantom, Ferraris, Porsches and other high-end vehicles in the lot, I questioned if I made the right choice. However, my experience could not have been better. From the gracious reception, to the knowledgeable tech who not only performed a comprehensive mechanical inspection accurately diagnosing the underlying problem & repairing only those items that needed to be fixed in order to resolve the issue and prevent problems from reoccurring and without charging me for others that didn’t, and then giving me great advice, to the responsible & nice admin who secured the parts at the very best price, and finally to the owners who showed a genuine interest and dedication to having me as a satisfied customer, I walked away from this experience confident that I was treated fairly, honestly and expertly. I am happy to recommend JFM Motorcars whether you drive a Rolls Royce or any other vehicle that needs expert mechanical work performed by a great team.

The customer service was a Great! The diagnosis was thoroughly presented in detail through text and phone call. There was no pressure to "fix" everything. The service technician that took care of my car greeted me when I picked up the car. I thought that was incredible as that doesn't happen at BMW. I can't remember everyone's name but I'm definitely going to return to this establishment when needing service!!!

SFM Motorcars came to my aid when my 2019 Toyota Avalon had an ECM error. SFM set up tow service and repaired my car in record time! I had them perform a brake job while it was there and they completed this in a short time and way cheaper than the dealer! JFM will be my new go to shop for all my auto service needs! I recently brought my Lincoln Navigator in for some work. They were very timely with their service and about 50% less than the dealership. It was really nice not to wait for 10 days to get the car in like at the dealership. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and are fellow car lovers. They were super nice people as well. They earned my business and brought back my wife's car and they did a great job with it as well! I highly recommend this team with your families vehicles.

I recently brought my vehicle into JFM. Had the opportunity to meet the new owners Matt & Kathleen, they really care about their business, employees and have made massive improvements to the shop. Found out Matt has 25+ years experience and formerly owned another very successful supercar car shop in New Mexico and big into racing himself. These are the type of people you want to trust your supercars or rare cars with! We also talked with Hector and Nick, two of the very personal mechanics. They were great to work with and care about the work they do.

I recently brought my vehicle in to have the brakes done. They were able to get me in almost instantly and I was very impressed with how professional and friendly everyone was. They completed the work in a timely manner and did an excellent job! I can't recommend this shop enough!

I was referred to JFM by a friend and business associate. Enrique and his team were friendly and courteous. Their shop was clean and organized. A quality of importance when someone is working on your vehicle. If they can't care for their work environment, how can you be sure that they would put any care into your vehicle. Enrique communicated with me and kept me updated along the way. JFM conducted a post purchase vehicle inspection and installed Novitec Lowering Springs. I am completely satisfied with the work that they performed for me.
